Fullback John Kuhn’s season was thought to have ended prematurely after a bicep tear, an injury suffered leading up to the Saints Week 4 London matchup with the Miami Dolphins.
Kuhn barely saw the field with New Orleans in 2017 because of nagging ailments, making only two appearances and one carry for one yard before the IR designation.
The 12-year veteran made a much larger impact the year before with the Saints after making his way over from the Green Bay Packers. He played in all 16 games as the primary lead blocker and accounted for five total touchdowns (4 rushing, 1 receiving).
