The New Orleans Saints have signed longtime Minnesota Vikings defensive tackle Kevin Williams to a one-year deal today. Williams most recently played for the Seattle Seahawks last season, appearing in Super Bowl XLIX. He will re-join former short-time teammate Brandon Browner, hopefully helping the Saints reach Super Bowl 50.
Williams is a six-time Pro-Bowler and a five-time first team All-Pro. He is also a member of the NFL's 2000's All-Decade Team. The 12 year NFL veteran is 34 years old.

This has the potential to be a very shrewd signing for the Saints, who needed help and depth at nose tackle.
