The New Orleans Saints officially signed veteran DE Darryl Tapp to a contract on Thursday.
Tapp, 32, is a former second-round pick of the Seahawks back in 2006. After four years with the Seahawks, Tapp signed a three-year contract with the Eagles as a free agent in 2010.
Tapp played a year for the Redskins before signing on with the Lions in March of 2014. Detroit later brought him back on a one-year deal before he eventually signed on with the Saints.
In 2016, Tapp appeared in all 16 games for the Saints and recorded 17 tackles, 0.
