METAIRIE, La. -- The New Orleans Saints signed center/guard Ryan Seymour on Monday, his agent Justin Turner announced on Twitter. No corresponding move has been announced.
The Saints needed offensive line depth after guard/center Tim Lelito suffered a shoulder injury two weeks ago and tackle Andrus Peat suffered a knee injury this past Thursday. Left tackle Terron Armstead has also missed the past two games with a knee injury, though he was back in practice on a limited basis last week.
Seymour, 25, started three games at center for the Cleveland Browns last year as an injury replacement.
