The New Orleans Saints completed four roster moves on Tuesday, following a series of free agent tryouts and medical evaluations.
Running back Javorius Allen, originally signed late in May, was designated to the injured reserve list after being held out of the first five practices of training camp. His specific injury was not disclosed, and it’s unclear what he’s been working with after passing the team conditioning test last week.
In his place, the Saints added free agent running back Robert Kelley, who played for Washington in his first three years after starring for the Tulane Green Wave in college.
