After transferring to Memphis from Copiah-Lincoln Community College, Maulet appeared in 26 games (21 starts) in a Tigers uniform, totaling 111 tackles (92 solo), 4 1/2 sacks, four interceptions, 22 passes defensed, two forced fumbles and a fumble recovery.
Given the production, how did the highly capable Maulet, a native of New Orleans and former Bonnabel prep star, go undrafted?
