Ian Rapoport reports that the Saints are releasing veteran CB Sterling Moore on Wednesday.
According to Rapoport, Moore shouldn’t have a hard time securing another opportunity with an NFL team.
Moore, 27, originally signed on with the Raiders as an undrafted free agent out of Southern Methodist back in 2011. However, he lasted just a few months in Oakland before he was waived a few weeks into his rookie season.
Moore bounced around a bit with the Patriots, Cowboys, Buccaneers and before signing a one-year contract with the Saints right before the start of the 2016 regular season.
