Herbie Teope reports that the Saints are releasing veteran FB John Kuhn on Thursday to make room for newly signed DL Kendall Langford.
Kuhn, 34, originally signed on with the Steelers as an undrafted free agent out of Shippensburg back in 2005. He’s spent nine of his 10 years in the NFL with the Packers before he signed a one-year, $985,000 contract with the Saints back in August of last year.
New Orleans brought him back on another one-year contract this offseason before cutting him loose coming out of the preseason only to bring him back a few days later.
