NEW ORLEANS – The New Orleans Saints officially have a kicker competition.
Less than a week after signing veteran Josh Scobee, the Saints re-signed kicker Kai Forbath on Wednesday. Forbath announced the deal on Twitter, and a source confirmed it was a one-year contract.

The Saints have been trying to find a consistent kicker for years. They’ve burned through a total of 10 in 10 seasons during the Sean Payton era.
