METAIRIE, La. -- In a transaction that might cause some déjà vu among the Who Dat Nation, the New Orleans Saints have agreed to another deal with a veteran safety/special-teamer who joined them midway through last season.
The Saints have agreed to a one-year veteran minimum contract with safety Shiloh Keo, a source confirmed (as first reported by NOLA.com). The move comes one day after New Orleans agreed to a two-year deal with safety Chris Banjo.
Both players joined the Saints midway through last season when New Orleans was dealing with injuries and placed an emphasis on beefing up its special-teams coverage.
