Several players did not practice Thursday for the New Orleans Saints ahead of Sunday's game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
The Saints designated rookie wide receiver Michael Thomas (foot), running back Mark Ingram (toe, knee), left tackle Terron Armstead (knee, quad), linebacker Craig Robertson (shoulder), center Max Unger (foot) and tight end Josh Hill (fibula) as not practicing.
Thomas, the Saints' leading receiver, missed a second consecutive day along with Robertson and Hill, who suffered the broken fibula in Week 13.
Ingram, Armstead and Unger were limited in Wednesday's practice.
The Saints designated guard right Zach Strief (elbow), guard Senio Kelemete (hip) and rookie running back Daniel Lasco (hamstring) put in a limited practice for a second consecutive day.
