The New Orleans Saints are without first-round pick Marshon Lattimore, who left early in the fourth quarter against the New England Patriots.
The rookie cornerback collided with safety Vonn Bell across the middle of the field when both defenders combined to tackle Patriots wide receiver Brandin Cooks.
Lattimore and Bell left the field with trainers, and then Lattimore headed back to the locker room with a trainer after being evaluated in the medical tent.
Bell returned to the sidelines after getting checked out.
The New Orleans Saints host the New England Patriots at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome at noon as both teams try to bounce back to 1-1.
