New Orleans Saints running back Mark Ingram (toe) appears on track to play Sunday against the Detroit Lions.
Ingram, who did not practice Wednesday and Thursday, was observed Friday on the field during the portion of practice open to the media.
While Ingram returned to practice, two other players remained absent.
Left tackle Terron Armstead (knee, quad) and rookie running back Daniel Lasco (hamstring) were not observed on the field for a third straight day.
Armstead aggravated the knee injury in Week 12 and has been dealing with the ailment since Week 2.
