Many people in Justin Drescher's situation this year would've been frustrated.
Drescher became a free agent in March and spent nearly five months without a job despite spending the past seven years as the New Orleans Saints' long snapper. Meanwhile, the Saints signed three different snappers before finally re-signing Drescher on Sunday.
Instead of being upset, Drescher approached his status like he did with any problems he had while playing football.
"Short memory, man," Drescher said of how he handled his situation mentally. "It's just like anything with special teams. You forget the last play and then onto the next play.
