The New Orleans Saints are set for a full competition at all three linebacker spots and appear on track to have a full complement of players ahead of the position battles.
Manti Te'o declared himself healthy from a ruptured Achilles that ended his 2016 season.
"I've been full-go since I came in," Te'o said Friday. "I passed the conditioning test, I'm good to go."
Te'o, who signed with the Saints during free agency after four seasons with the Chargers, saw limited repetitions during organized team activities (OTAs) and the mandatory minicamp.
The Saints played it smart by easing Te'o into action during the early summer workouts.
