New Orleans Saints tight end Josh Hill left the game early in the second quarter against the Detroit Lions.
Hill hauled in a 3-yard pass from quarterback Drew Brees before being tackled. After the play, Hill attempted to get to the sidelines before going down a few yards from the bench area.
Saints trainers then went on the field and appeared to pay attention to Hill's right lower leg. Hill was helped to his feet and wasn't putting pressure on his right leg before being taken to the locker room.
Hill dealt with an ankle injury earlier in the season and missed some time.
