The New Orleans Saints wide receiver position might not be as bad as fans thought it would a few weeks ago, but the team should still look to add talent there.
One notable name who was released was John Brown, who requested to be released by the Raiders and got his wish. The former D-II wide receiver (he played at Pitt State in Pittsburg, Kansas) has flourished despite coming from a smaller school.
Brown was a third-round pick by the Cardinals in the 2014 NFL Draft and spent the first four years of his career in the desert.
