The New Orleans Saints hosted several new faces at their minicamp practice on Wednesday: Purdue Boilermakers head coach Jeff Brohm and members of his coaching staff. They were guests on invitation of Saints quarterback and Purdue alum Drew Brees, per a report from Jeff Duncan of the Times-Picayune.
Brohm has revitalized Purdue’s program in recent years, winning almost as many games in his first two years on the job (13) as the school accomplished in the five seasons prior (15). Their 2018 season peaked with a 49-20 upset of No. 2-ranked Ohio State, which brought havoc to a Saints locker room filled to the brim with former Buckeyes.
