METAIRIE, La. -- The New Orleans Saints are coming home for training camp.
The team announced plans Thursday to return to its practice facility in Metairie, La., this summer after spending the past three years at The Greenbrier resort in West Virginia. Practices will be open to the public, with the full schedule to be announced later in the spring.
The Saints have alternated between home and away camps throughout the Sean Payton era. They spent three years in Jackson, Miss., from 2006-2008, then five years primarily at home from 2009-2013, then three years in West Virginia.
