Herbie Teope of the Times-Picayune reports that the Saints have expressed interest in re-signing free agent CB Sterling Moore.
Moore previously mentioned that he would like to be back in New Orleans for the 2017 season.
“I see myself growing with these guys and just doing something special, so I don’t look at myself necessarily as a free agent even though my contract is coming to an end,” Moore said then. “I have full intension on coming back.”
Moore, 27, originally signed on with the Raiders as an undrafted free agent out of Southern Methodist back in 2011.
