New Orleans Saints cornerback Delvin Breaux is officially inactive for Thursday night's game against the Carolina Panthers.
The team listed Breaux as questionable Wednesday following a short week of practice, and ESPN reported Thursday afternoon he wasn't expected to play. It's unclear if he suffered a setback last Sunday playing in his second straight game after returning from the broken fibula he suffered in Week 1.
Running back Travaris Cadet (toe) is also inactive, which means the team will be without its top receiving back and kickoff returner. On the Saints' estimated practice report, he was limited Monday and Tuesday and out Wednesday.
