METAIRIE, La. -- New Orleans Saints cornerback Keenan Lewis reportedly had a second hip surgery on Monday after being placed on season-ending injured reserve two weeks ago.
The news was first reported by The New Orleans Advocate. The NFL Network specified that Lewis had a labrum surgery.
Lewis posted a picture of himself on Instagram, apparently in a hospital bed.
“God got me, one down and one more to go,” Lewis said in the post. “I love my family, friends and the whole who dat nation. I’ll shake back, promise ya.
