Alvin Kamara had one hell of a rookie season. On his way to winning the NFL’s Offensive Rookie of the Year award, he posted 728 yards rushing and 826 yards receiving for a total of 13 touchdowns. But the question for him in 2018 isn’t going to be about what he can do. The question will be is he durable enough to do it.
The issue, of course, is the four-game suspension Mark Ingram will be serving to start this season. In an interview with the New Orleans Times-Picayune over the weekend, Sean Payton alleviated concerns about using Alvin Kamara too much.
