Saints also add special teamster Shiloh Keo

The New Orleans Saints released their morning transactions on Wednesday, and it addressed the other vacancy on the team’s roster. The team is adding defensive back Shiloh Keo, formerly of the Denver Broncos.

Keo, a former fifth-round pick of the Houston Texans in 2011, played in 42 of his first 48 games in the league. At one point during the 2013 season, he named the team’s starting safety after Ed Reed was released. Unfortunately, an injury forced Keo out of 2014 action, and the Texans released him.

Keo would latch on with the Cincinnati Bengals on a reserve/future deal in February 2015, but would get released in September during final cuts.
