The New Orleans Saints were without running back Adrian Peterson during Thursday’s practice, which seemed like it may have been an ordinary day of veteran’s rest. However, it was soon learned by NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport that Peterson tweaked his knee in Wednesday’s session.
Fans may be able to breath a sigh of relief, as Peterson recently told ESPN’s Josina Anderson on Thursday afternoon twice, “I’m good”. The report says he’s anticipating practicing on Friday in full, but will obviously depend on how he’s feeling. The team’s official injury report even listed him with a rest day.
