It would be nice to not read too much into this. But, on Tuesday the Saints added former Philadelphia Eagles cornerback Dexter McDougle to the roster. The move comes one day after the Saints brought back another cornerback, Sterling Moore.
But reading too much into it is what we do as a blog site and we’ll gladly issue retractions after the fact if it’s nothing. With Marshon Lattimore injuring his ankle in last Sunday’s Redskins game, this seems like potential bad news.
Lattimore has remained upbeat about his recovery but we won’t know anything on that front until the first Saints injury report of Week 12 is released later today.
