But in everything else, they re-structured contracts to fit their salary cap, signed new players who add precious depth (Alex Armah and Nick Vannett, for two), and now have the option of going after free agents to round out their roster.
New Orleans’ salary restrictions saw many of their own free agents leave for new homes: among the losses were Emmanuel Sanders, Janoris Jenkins, and Sheldon Rankins.
