Playing along side the future defensive Rookie of the Year in Marshon Lattimore, New Orleans Saints CB Ken Crawley had himself a solid, if unspectacular, year in 2017. Big things were expected of Crawley in 2018 in the Saints secondary, as the Saints were hoping Crawley could take a step forward in his second full year as a starter.
Instead, the Saints saw Crawley struggle mightily in the first few games to open the 2018 regular season, forcing the Saints to address the position by trading for former first round pick Eli Apple from the New York Giants.
