New Orleans Saints cornerback P.J. Williams started his offseason off in an unpleasant way: per a report from Ramon Vargas of the Advocate, Williams was arrested by New Orleans police “on counts of drunk driving and careless driving about 1:10 a.m”, though he bailed himself out three hours later. Christopher Dabe of the Times-Picayune reported that officers clocked Williams as traveling 80-miles-per-hour in a 50-mile zone, and he declined to perform a breathalyzer test.
Williams was also arrested in 2015 for driving under the influence, and had another hit-and-run incident in 2014.
