Report: Saints to shuffle starting cornerback spot vs. Falcons

The New Orleans Saints are not satisfied with their defense’s performance and are making a big move to adjust it. Per a report from Josh Katzenstein of the Times-Picayune, New Orleans is promoting cornerback P.J. Williams to start over Ken Crawley across from Marshon Lattimore on Sunday against the Atlanta Falcons. Patrick Robinson should still man the slot in nickel looks, relegating Crawley to dime corner responsibilities.

Crawley started 13 regular season games in 2017 and five as an undrafted rookie in 2016, playing the most snaps of any Saints cornerback in that span.
