The New Orleans Saints joined the rest of the NFL in sending scouts to the East-West Shrine Game practices in St. Petersburg, Fla. and their representatives were noticed meeting up with 2019 NFL Draft prospects. The collegiate all-star game is a favorite of scouts, and the Saints have kept a close eye on it in the past. It’s where they noticed defensive tackles Tyeler Davison (2015) and David Onyemata (2016), who will start next to each other in the upcoming NFC championship game. Last year’s game MVP, Natrell Jamerson, was a late-round draft pick by the Saints in 2018.
