As the New Orleans Saints gear up in preparation for next month’s NFL draft, they have reportedly made an addition to their coaching staff.
According to AL.COM reports, the Saints will be hiring 32 year-old Cory Robinson to their staff as possibly a cornerbacks coach or the same title of defensive passing coordinator position he held with Maryland. This hire is on the heels of former assistant defensive coach Leigh Torrence leaving for the New York Jets last month.
While the Terps did finish last in the Big 10 in pass defense and total defense overall, they were middle of the pack when it came to interceptions.
