According to his agent, punter Brandon Fields signed with the New Orleans Saints. The news comes after the former Miami Dolphins punter visited with the Saints on Tuesday.
It was reported with Thomas Morstead battling a leg injury (strained quad) he suffered Sunday night, New Orleans would take a look at a few punters. It looks like Brandon Fields is the man.
