The Saints and Carolina Panthers will face off Sunday for the third time this season. In each of the previous two encounters, New Orleans was able to emerge victorious. While no team is ever really at full strength, both combatants were missing important pieces of their arsenals in both matchups. The Panthers best weapon was out, and the Saints had to do without their rookie wonder in the secondary.
Panthers’ tight end Greg Olsen has missed a large swathe of playing time. He missed nine regular season games with a foot injury, including both matchups against New Orleans.
