The Saints were a weird team this offseason. If you had missed the 2018 Season altogether, just stepped out of a closet or whatever, you’d think the Saints might have finished 6-10, 7-9? You’d be certain that they didn’t have any offensive weapons except a good receiver, running back and quarterback. That was true to a certain extent. But they also finished 13-3 and lost a close one in the NFC Championship Game.
We did some talking at the end of the season and in the lead-up to free agency and the draft that the receiver corps wasn’t as bad as people were thinking.
