The New Orleans Saints got hit hard by the injury bug this week, losing both Adam Trautman and Nick Vannett to injury during the Monday night game against Jacksonville. Trautman was carted off with an ankle injury while Vannett injured his knee and had an MRI on Tuesday to determine the severity, per Ian Rapoport.
Trautman and Vannett might not end up missing time (Trautman’s injury is said to be minor) but if they do, the Saints need to find a fringe starter for the 2021 season.
