Alvin Kamara’s bounceback 2020 got him some well-earned recognition. After checking in at No. 42 on the NFL’s Top 100 list — voted on by the players — prior to the 2020 season, the New Orleans Saints running back reprised the No. 14 spot heading into this year. He previously held No. 14 before 2019.
It’s a well-earned jump for Kamara. He was by no means bad in 2019, but injuries visibly hampered his explosiveness. His return to form in 2020 was apparent and immediate. Kamara had a career-high 21 touchdowns on a Saints offense that was hampered by injuries throughout the year.
