In some ways, New Orleans Saints OTAs are like the first day of school. Players are working together again for the first time in months, there are new coaches to get to know, and the theme of that year is usually revealed.
So when the players were able to get back on the field for the first time last week, sophomore cornerback Delvin Breaux was so excited he couldn't sleep.
"I actually wake up before my alarm, that's how excited I am," Breaux said. "When I heard OTAs were starting (last Tuesday) the first thing I did was go brush my teeth like a little kid, I packed my clothes, it felt like the first day at school just to get back in it and be a part of it.
