The New Orleans Saints put in a waiver claim for cornerback Ifo Ekpre-Olomu on Wednesday, according to ESPN. He was awarded to the Dolphins, who had priority over the Saints.
The Bills and Steelers also put in claims, according to the report.
Ekpre-Olomu was a 2015 seventh round draft pick by the Browns. His draft stock tumbled coming out of Oregon after he suffered a serious knee injury in December of his senior season.
He missed the entire 2015 NFL season with the injury and was waived by the Browns on April 2.
