The New Orleans Saints are ranked, unsurprisingly, dead last among 32 NFL teams when it comes to salary cap flexibility, according to ESPN.
But it's worth remembering that the Saints are still way ahead of where they were last year at this time.
The ever-rising salary cap has given every team more space and even helped create some breathing room for the perpetually cap-strapped Saints.
The Saints are currently under the 2016 cap by at least $5 million or so, and they'll free up more space after the expected release of receiver Marques Colston and cornerback Brandon Browner.
