An 0-2 start to the 2017 Season had the Saints in the bottom of the power rankings early on. They got a bump with a 34-13 divisional win over the Carolina Panthers. Now, after a 20-0 road win over the Miami Dolphins, you’d expect to see the Saints climbing in the polls.
Well, maybe not as much as you’d think. One thing you can say about the NFL in 2017 is that there seems to be a lot of parity. The only team that’s looking dominant at this point is the Kansas City Chiefs. Not coincidentally they are the only unbeaten team a mere four weeks into the season.
