If there is movement for the New Orleans Saints prior to the NFL’s October 29 trade deadline, it’ll likely be for a wide receiver. Not only have the Saints not had much production on the edge, but they’ve also not seen many of their top receivers in the game.
Tre’Quan Smith and Keith Kirkwood have both missed the majority of the season.
Smith has played in just three games, having yet to notch over 65% of offensive snaps in a single outing. Kirkwood just straight up hasn’t played yet. That’s the team’s No. 3 and 4 receivers not on the field.
