NEW ORLEANS -- New Orleans Saints wide receiver Michael Thomas spent his Saturday night reminiscing on social media.
Thomas wrote about the work he had done in the local community and posted pictures of himself playing in Caesars Superdome. He also reposted a picture of him, retired quarterback Drew Brees and running back Alvin Kamara on the sideline together that was captioned "And then were was one..."
On Wednesday, New Orleans released Thomas as a post-June 1 cut, a formality as his exit had been forecasted for several months.
