Getting invited to a tryout for an NFL team and then actually getting signed is harder than it might sound. It’s not that thing where the guy from the lumber mill tells his buddy “I can tackle better than that guy, hold my beer!” But it’s not too far off. Two players who got themselves invited to Saints rookie minicamp actually pulled it off this weekend and have been signed to the 90-man roster for training camp. One is former LSU track star Cyril Grayson and the other, David Simmons, a cornerback from Division III North Park University in Chicago.
