There’s been a ton of attention paid to Saints quarterback Drew Brees heading into Sunday’s NFC Playoffs Divisional Round matchup where New Orleans will be pitted against Nick Foles and the Philadelphia Eagles. But the key to the Saints winning is the running game, and that means heavy doses of running backs Mark Ingram and Alvin Kamara. Boom and Zoom that is.
And it’s been a hot minute since we’ve heard much from either of these two. While Ingram got some brief action in Week 17 for the Saints season finale against the Panthers, Kamara sat out the game to get some much needed rest.
