Bleacher Report put out an article on Monday, Aug. 6, titled Every NFL Team’s Biggest Offseason Regret. For the Saints they listed first round pick Marcus Davenport. Feels like we’ve seen this story somewhere before.
Davenport has yet to play a down in a game as a professional. So it’s a little too early to be making any kind of grand claims about him. But, just for the sake of argument, I would suggest a different thing which the Saints regret from the 2018 offseason. That would be the inability to land a solid free agent on the defensive line.
