Veteran quarterback Luke McCown will continue his tenure as a member of the New Orleans Saints after reportedly agreeing to a deal with the team.
On Thursday, NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reported McCown's contract will be worth $3 million over two years with a $500,000 signing bonus.
McCown has been with the Saints since 2013, though he's thrown only 40 passes over the past three seasons because Drew Brees is entrenched as the starting quarterback. McCown did make one start in 2015, against Carolina in Week 3, after Brees had suffered a shoulder injury.
