Former New Orleans Saints offensive tackle Jon Stinchcomb was named a 2016 SEC Football Legend for his play at the University of Georgia along with 13 other former stars from the Southeastern Conference.
The announcement of the 2016 SEC Football Legends class was made on Tuesday and the collection of former football standouts will be honored at events surrounding the SEC Football Championship Game in Atlanta in December.
Following his time at Georgia, Stinchcomb was drafted by the New Orleans Saints 37th overall in the second round of the 2003 draft. and went on to play for the Saints from 2003-2010.
