The New Orleans Saints have been more active in free agency than many observers probably expected, given their lack of salary cap space at the beginning. But the Saints bolstered their defensive line (adding Malcom Brown and Mario Edwards Jr.), found a new center (Nick Easton) and tight end (Jared Cook), added a talented punt returner (Marcus Sherels), and brought in a sidekick for Alvin Kamara at running back (Latavius Murray). They did that while retaining some of their own free agents like Teddy Bridgewater, Wil Lutz, Craig Robertson, and Chris Banjo.
But what’s their next move?
It has to be adding to the pass rush.
