The NFL has released their official list of underclassmen who have been granted eligibility for the 2021 draft.
This year’s list is filled with top prospects, with 98 players who were granted special eligibility after foregoing their remaining eligibility at the college level, and 30 more players who were granted entry into this year’s draft after having completed their degree requirements.
